Batter access to the survey

Hello,

I appologize that the setting at Survey Monkey had been set to allow survey takers to only access the survey once.  I didn't realize the survey had been set to that.  I have now fixed it, and you should be able to go in and make nominations as often as you like--and please do--you can nominate as many people, characters, stories, scenes as you like, but once the voting starts you will only be able to vote once.
